Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payments
Confirmation: All sessions must be booked through our official Set More link. Your time is not secured until you receive a calendar invitation/confirmation email.
Minimum Booking: All studio sessions carry a 2-hour minimum. If you require a session that crosses midnight (e.g., 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM), please ensure both hourly slots are selected consecutively.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
No Refunds: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Requests made outside the 24-hour window may be moved to a new date/time at no extra cost, subject to availability.
3. Studio Protocol & Punctuality
Start Time: Your session begins at the time booked, not the time of arrival. If you are late, that time is forfeited and cannot be "tacked on" to the end of the session.
Load-In/Out: Please factor in your setup and teardown time (including file transfers) within your booked hours. To ensure the next artist starts on time, we expect the room to be cleared by the end of your scheduled slot.
File Storage: While we maintain backups as a courtesy, Red Mile Records Inc. is not responsible for long-term storage. Please bring an external drive to take your session files/multitracks with you.
4. Conduct & Damages
Professionalism: We maintain a professional creative environment. We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately without refund for misconduct or illegal substances.
Liability: The client is financially responsible for any damage to studio gear (including but not limited to, microphones, instruments, consoles) or property caused by themselves or their guests.
